SES helps property owners and managers keep exterior spaces cleaner, safer, and more presentable without adding another internal task to the day.

Parks, municipal property, public lots, event cleanup, litter routes, and authorized right-of-way projects.
Useful photographs, completion records, scope exceptions, and visible property-condition observations.
Every recurring property is serviced through a repeatable sequence so quality does not depend on who happens to be working that day.

SES is opening a limited number of founding recurring-service relationships in the Dickinson market.
We will walk the property, identify priority service zones, evaluate debris conditions, recommend service frequency, and prepare a defined recurring-service proposal.
Routine SES programs cover agreed exterior areas and ordinary nonhazardous litter and debris. Hazardous or unidentified chemicals, medical waste, asbestos, radioactive/TENORM material, oilfield/process waste, contaminated soil, major demolition debris, and unauthorized roadway work require separate qualified handling.
